Orders placed before 3 p.m. EST will ship the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3 p.m., or on weekends or holidays, will ship the next business day. We’ll send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

- Please note, due to UPS shipping regulations, a number of our products are required to ship by ground within the United States. Additionally, these products cannot ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands. If priority shipping is selected upon check-out, you will be notified if one or more of your products are not eligible and the entire order will be shipped via ground shipping.
- Packages are normally shipped in 4-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
Can you ship to PO boxes?
UPS does not usually deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a street address even if you do not receive regular mail at that address.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.
What shipping method do you use?
The majority of our packages are shipped by UPS. However some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
You will not have to sign for delivery unless you tick the 'Signature Required' box in the checkout. However, by not ticking that box you are acknowledging that neither UPS nor Beautiful Nutrition are responsible for replacing product in the event that your order is damaged or missing.
What do I do if I have special delivery instructions?
Unfortunately UPS does not accept special delivery instructions for orders placed through Beautiful Nutrition at this time.
Beautiful Nutrition wants you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a BeautifulNutrition.com purchase, please return it for a full refund.
* Note, you can only return products that were purchased directly from Beautiful Nutrition. If you purchased a Beautiful Nutrition product from a third party vendor, please contact that vendor.
To make a return online, please email us with your order number, here. We will send you an return authorization number and instructions for the return.
- Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned in their original packaging.
- Items much be shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase, as indicated on your order confirmation email.
- Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
You can unsubscribe by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email.

We frequently include product samples when we ship purchased items.

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please email us with your concern order number.
